1) 条例:研究起草国家发改委环资司委托项目《餐厨废弃物管理与资源化利用条例》  2013.6-2014.12
2) 规划:参加《浙江省土壤污染防治条例》、《浙江省畜禽养殖污染防治“十四五”规划》、《浙江省土壤、地下水和农业农村污染防治“十四五”规划》等编制
3) 标准:参与制修订多项固体废物相关技术标准与管理规范
